** Service coverage is available only for covered devices and their original included accessories for protection against (i) batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity, (ii) unlimited incidents of accidental damage, and (iii) theft and loss coverage for covered iPhones, iPads and/or Apple Watches. If an iPad is covered in your plan, one compatible Apple Pencil and one compatible Apple‑branded iPad keyboard used with your iPad are also covered, except for theft and loss coverage which does not apply to Apple Pencil and/or Apple‑branded iPad keyboards even if lost or stolen at the same time as the covered iPad. Theft and loss coverage does not apply to Apple Watch straps unless the covered Apple Watch is lost or stolen at the same time, in which case a replacement Apple‑branded strap in a style, material and colour that is subject to Apple’s discretion will be supplied regardless of the strap that was lost or stolen. AppleCare One is subject to eligibility rules; additions to plan may require inspection and a diagnostic check: devices must be less than 4 years old and headphones must be less than 1 year old, and only devices in your Apple Account can be covered under AppleCare One. Limit of one (1) Apple Vision Pro can be covered under AppleCare One at a time. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements. Each claim for accidental damage coverage and theft and loss coverage is subject to a policy excess fee plus applicable tax. For complete details, see the Terms and Conditions for AppleCare One (opens in new window), AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss (opens in new window) or AppleCare+ (opens in new window).

Local telephone fees may apply. Telephone numbers and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.

Service coverage is provided under the Terms and Conditions of your AppleCare policy. Service coverage outside the country of purchase of your AppleCare policy is not guaranteed. The availability and type of service option may vary depending on your device model, applicable local laws, regulations and legal requirements, and the capabilities of Apple Authorised Service Providers in the location where service is requested. Some service options may not be available in all areas. If service is available and repair is possible, Apple may, at its discretion, offer to repair or replace your device using locally sourced models or parts that meet local standards and regulations, which may differ from the original device in terms of colour and/or specifications. Availability of international replacement for lost or stolen devices is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and may vary by region, model and device configuration. For details, see the Terms and Conditions for AppleCare One (opens in new window), AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss (opens in new window) or AppleCare+ (opens in new window).

Express Replacement Service (“ERS”) is subject to availability, capability and local law at the time you seek service. Certain service options may not be available in locations where applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements restrict or prohibit the shipment, transportation, importation, exportation, or return of devices, or otherwise prohibit the service option. ERS for Hardware Coverage for Accidental Damage to the Covered Equipment (excluding Included Accessories) is always subject to the Other Accidental Damage excess fee and not the Screen-Only or Back Glass-Only excess fees. If your device is replaced with Express Replacement Service, the original product becomes Apple’s property. The replacement product is your property and becomes the Covered Equipment. You are responsible for backing up all software programs, data and passwords residing on your original device.

Coverage begins when your device ships or is picked up, or on the date of purchase if you have your device (or when you add your first device to AppleCare One), and coverage can be cancelled at any time.

For a complete list of all AppleCare fees, click here(opens in new window). Separate charges apply to each repair or replacement performed.

May require verification of your device, inspection and a diagnostic.

Theft and loss claims are for Apple Watch, iPhone and iPad. Each claim is subject to a policy excess fee. While the policy is active and in effect, claim limits reset every 12 months: two claims under AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss and three claims under AppleCare One.

Theft and loss coverage requires you to have Find My enabled via Settings on your device at the time it is lost or stolen. Find My should remain enabled and your device should remain associated with your Apple Account throughout the theft or loss claims process. Sharing your location does not turn on the Find My functionality which is required for Theft and Loss coverage. During the theft or loss claims process, you will be asked to erase your missing device, disable it and transfer ownership before you can be issued a new device. After initiating your theft or loss claim with Apple, you will be asked to finalise your claim on AIG’s website at www.aigtheftandloss.uk (opens in new window)

International replacement of lost or stolen devices is subject to availability and options may vary by region, device and model. Same‑day replacement is not available for theft and loss claims.

Theft and loss coverage does not apply to an Apple Pencil or Apple‑branded keyboard even if lost or stolen with a covered iPad. For any covered Apple Watch theft or loss incidents, including those involving Nike and Hermès watch straps, the replacement strap will be an Apple‑branded strap, which may differ in strap style, material and/or colour from the strap lost with the covered Apple Watch, subject to AIG’s discretion. Theft or loss claims cannot be made for watch straps only; straps are covered only when the Apple Watch is lost or stolen.

AppleCare+ benefits are separate from a consumer’s right to a free-of-charge repair or replacement, by the seller, of goods that do not conform with the contract of sale. Under English law, consumers have up to six years from the date of delivery to exercise their rights; however, various factors may impact your eligibility to receive these remedies. For more details, click here (opens in new window). AppleCare plans are separate from and in addition to the Apple Limited Warranty. AppleCare plans are subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Purchase of any plan is not required to purchase any device. For complete details, see apple.com/uk/legal/statutory-warranty (opens in new window).

AppleCare+ and AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss are optional programmes.

Spatial Audio works with compatible content in supported apps on HomePod (2nd generation) and HomePod (1st generation). Not all content is available in Dolby Atmos. Requires Apple TV 4K. Apple TV 4K sold separately.
Creating a HomePod stereo pair requires two of the same model and generation of HomePod speakers, such as two HomePod mini 2 or two HomePod (2nd generation) speakers.
Requires multiple HomePod or HomePod mini speakers with the latest operating system, or AirPlay-compatible speakers with the latest version of AirPlay, and an iOS device with the latest operating system.
Home theater surround sound requires four HomePod mini 2 or HomePod (2nd generation) speakers in matching pairs (front and rear) and paired with Apple TV 4K (4th generation) running the latest operating system software.
Sound Recognition may detect smoke and carbon monoxide alarm sounds and send you notifications when recognised. Sound Recognition should not be relied upon in circumstances where you may be harmed or injured, or in high-risk or emergency situations. Sound Recognition requires the updated Home architecture, which is available as a separate update in the Home app. It requires all Apple devices that access the home to be using the latest software.
Temperature and humidity sensing is optimised for indoor domestic settings, when ambient temperatures are around 15º C to 30º C and relative humidity is around 30% to 70%. Accuracy may decrease in some situations where audio is playing for an extended period of time at high volume levels. HomePod requires some time to calibrate the sensors immediately after starting up before results are displayed.
